The annual business meeting of the association for the presentation of reports and discussion of association affairs will be held in conjunction with the Association Breakfast forward Tuesday, April 5, 7:00-8:00 A.M. in the Metropolitan Ballroom, Sheraton Seattle public-house and Towers in downtown Seattle. This meeting is expand to all members, but the breakfast is an additional fee

In accordance with the bylaws, undivided hundred (100) active members, including at least three national officers, shall constitute a quorum.
