A Day's Work freshly designed and added single instrument possessors for wheelchair trays to its line of music therapy products
These assistive aids are based in succession the same design that N Raymond Day, holder of A Day's Work, set into the company's original adaptive wheelchair device, which he created in consultation with a music therapist in 1997 The original device can safe five different instruments on a wheelchair tray: a mini-cabasa; an 8" or 10" hand drum; an 8" or 10" tambourine; a triangle; or cluster chimes. This single unit has an integrated clamping mechanism for securely attaching to a wheelchair tray.
The just discovered assistive instrument holders use a separate clamp for securing them to a wheelchair tray. one time the clamp is acquired, then any single instrument owner can be attached to it. This increases flexibility for obtaining and attaching the instruments. The attachments available include the mini-cabasa owner vertical drum/ tambourine holder, horizontal drum/tambourine owner and the cluster chime/triangle holder
A released catalogue is available.
