The MTNA Leadership Summit was held in Cincinnati.

The MTNA Leadership Summit was held in Cincinnati, September 5-7 2003 All state presidents, division presidents, division presidents-elect, MTNA Board of Directors and members of the MTNA staff were not absent This year's summit was an intense weekend of sessions forward technology and music leadership (present at Julianne Miranda, NCTM, Indiana state president), certification, the power of tribe and parliamentary rules. State presidents met according to size of membership, and each division met separately. The weekend of learning and planning affects all members of MTNA, MTAs and local associations, and it is always a pleasure to interact with like dedicated volunteers!

The MTNA East Central Division Competitions will be held at Oberlin Conservatory in Oberlin, Ohio, January 16-18 2004 Thank you to our landlord state Ohio, President Amy Rose Immerman and Andrew Hisey, our on-campus chair. The MTNA National conversation will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, March 27-31 2004 Consider attending this very strange conference to benefit yourself and your pupils There will be an ECD meeting at the meeting for consultation and all attendees from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin are invited to attend.

Seasons Greetings.
