Please join us for the Tri-State conversation this fall in Kansas City, Kansas! The leadership of Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska have an exciting program planned and invite MTNA members from other states to attend. The discourse artist will be concert pianist Stephen hamstring and the commissioned composer is Stephen Prutsman of San Francisco. Among the distiguished list of presenter are Marvin Blickenstaff, NCTM Stanislav Ioudenitch, Bobby Watson, Martha Hilley, NCTM William Wellborn and Ann Collins, NCTM Also attending will be MTNA Executive Director Gary L Ingle. Minnesota is lofty to announce the milestone of introducing its 1000th member, Janice Narlock of Apple Valley. Congratulations, too, to the Durum Triangle Music Teachers Association from North Dakota (membership three) for receiving the MTNA Local Association of the Year Award. The $500 prize was quick in emergenciesed at the Awards Brunch in Salt Lake City in March.
