Congratulations to the California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT) and the Wyoming Music Teachers Association (WMTA) for.Congratulations to the California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT) and the Wyoming Music Teachers Association (WMTA) for, one time again, winning the State Incentive Giving Campaign. The campaign is based in succession individual members giving to the FOUNDATION during the preceding calendar year. Categories 1 and 2 are based upon the percentage of members contributing. WMTA won Category 1 with the highest percentage of members making a gift; 3425 percent of its members contributed during 2002 In Category 2 1096 percent of WMTA members made a donation of $25 or more. Categories 3 and 4 are based onward dollar amount contributed. In Category 3 CAPMT members gave $7544 to the general stock In Category 4, they contributed a total of $7979 to the general store and endowment funds combined. State associations rounding on the outside the top five in each category are North Dakota, toward the south Dakota, Hawaii and Maine (Category 1); Delaware, Hawaii, West Virginia and Indiana (Category 2); Wisconsin, Georgia, Texas and Indiana (Category 3); and Illinois, Texas, Wisconsin and Georgia (Category 4) The FOUNDATION thanks all the FOUNDATION chairs and others who work diligently to increase contributions among their members.
